Opindesk

Opindesk is the firewall service desk of Opinnate Network Security Policy Manager system for companies that have no service desk or have limited service desk capability.

 

The primary purpose of this software is to simplify the process of requesting, reviewing, and implementing firewall policy changes.

 

It provides a centralized platform where IT teams can manage all aspects of firewall policy changes, from initial requests to final implementation.

 

It will be used for firewall policy change requests.

 

The type of firewall policy change requests are:

Standart policy change: Opening a ticket using source, destination and service fields.

Server Cloning: Opening a ticket using a reference IP address and new IP address/es

Group-Based Policies: Opening a ticket using group information and IP addresses.
